Lakeside’s Car Park 8 has free parking for over 250 coaches, and is conveniently located next to Debenhams – so passengers can literally step off the coach and walk straight into the centre.
Lakeside has everything shoppers could possibly need including fashion, high-tech gadgets, homeware, jewellery and a host of restaurant and cafes to relax in. Lakeside was named the ‘Best Shopping Venue 2005’ by Group Leisure Magazine and praised for its wide mix of retailers, as well as its expanding leisure facilities and vast array of coffee shops and eateries.

Food and drink
Lakeside now offers an unsurpassed dining experience on The Boardwalk, by the lake. 12 restaurants, ranging from Nandos to Las Iguanas are complimented by a state of the art 9 screen cinema, featuring an 'evolution' screen with bean bags and sofas to sit on.
Now shoppers can really make a day of it!
The Food Court on Level 3 offers a wide range of snacks and refreshments. If it’s just a coffee and rest you are looking for why not relax at one of our numerous coffee shops spread around the centre including Starbucks, Costa, Krispy Kreme and Pret a Manger.
Easy Access
Our free shopmobility service makes it easy for people with mobility problems to get around Lakeside. You’ll find the shopmobility office on Level 1 of car park 10 (Blue). To book a wheelchair or scooter simply call 01708 869744 – we recommend booking in advance, especially at busy shopping times.
Open from 10am-10pm weekdays, 9am-9pm Saturdays and 11am-5pm Sundays, Lakeside Shopping Centre has everything you need for a great day out.
Electric Car Charging
Lakeside offers electric vehicle drivers car chargers in some of our car parks.
The charging points are easy to find and simple to use, with recharging cables and access keys free to hire direct from Lakeside's Shopmobility service on Level 1 by the entrance of Car Park Blue. To collect your key and cable you will need to present two forms of identification, such as a passport and utility bill.
Parking is FREE
With 13,000 free car-parking spaces and 250 free coach parking spaces, you will always find somewhere to park at Lakeside.
Car parks are well lit and are regularly patrolled by security to ensure customer safety. All car parks are either numbered or colour coded, so you can find your way back to your car or coach easily.
For coach parking in November and December follow the AA road signs to car park 8.
